Paws Up Paddock Rules: Terms & Conditions

By making a booking, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Exclusive Use

- The paddock is available by appointment only and is for exclusive use during your booked time slot.

2. Bookings

-  Bookings are for 50-minute sessions, starting on the hour. This allows a 10-minute changeover between users.

- Please book for the correct number of dogs attending.

- The maximum number of dogs permitted is 6. This must not be exceeded.

-  CCTV is in operation to ensure compliance with bookings and paddock rules.

3. Parking

-One vehicle may be parked inside the paddock, using the designated parking and turning area.

-Additional parking is available outside the paddock.

-If using external parking, all dogs must remain on leads until safely inside the secure field.

-A maximum of 3 cars per booking is permitted (1 inside, 2 outside).

4. Changeover & Gate Safety

- Please ensure you are back in your vehicle and your dog is secured by the end of your 50-minute session to prevent dogs meeting during changeover.

- You are responsible for closing and securing the gate properly when entering and leaving.

- The paddock is enclosed with approximately 1.8-metre fencing.

- Fencing is a mix of fencing types, including stock fencing. If your dog is capable of jumping, lifting, squeezing under, or fitting through stock fencing, the paddock may not be suitable for your use.

-Small dogs or dogs able to fit through stock fencing gaps must be supervised closely at all times.

- Paws Up Paddock accepts no responsibility for dogs that escape or attempt to escape due to their ability to manipulate or pass through fencing.

5. Public Footpath

-A public footpath runs alongside the entrance field near the parking area.

-Dogs must be kept on lead in this area, and users should remain mindful of members of the public.

6. Noise Considerations

-Please be considerate of neighbouring properties and ensure dogs do not bark excessively or cause disturbances.

7. Late Arrivals

-Late arrivals will not extend your booking time. Sessions will still end at the scheduled time.

8. Field Occupancy Issues

-If the paddock is still occupied at the start of your booking, please contact 07377841910.

9. Health & Vaccination Requirements

All dogs must be:

-In good health

-Fully vaccinated

-Up to date with worming, flea, and tick treatments

-Fully vaccinated puppies are welcome.

-Rescue dogs arriving from abroad must wait 14 days after entering the UK before using the paddock.

10. Illness

Do not bring dogs showing signs of illness, including (but not limited to):

-Coughing

-Diarrhoea

-Vomiting

-Lethargy

11. Supervision

-Dogs must be supervised at all times.

-Dogs must not be left unattended or tethered to fences, gates, posts, or other structures.

12. Cleanliness & Conduct

-Please pick up all dog waste and dispose of it in the bins provided.

-Poo bags are available in the field shelter.

-The paddock is a non-smoking and non-vaping area.

-Bins are for dog waste only. Please take all other rubbish home.

-Failure to clean up after your dog(s) may result in a ban from future bookings.

-If you find the paddock in an unsatisfactory condition, please email [email protected], and appropriate action will be taken.

13. Liability

-Use of the paddock and any equipment is entirely at your own risk.

-Paws Up Paddock accepts no responsibility for:

-Injury, illness, loss, or death of any person or dog

-Damage to persons, property, or animals

-Any losses, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses incurred while on site or using the paddock or equipment

- This includes (but is not limited to) escapes or injuries resulting from dogs passing through, under, or manipulating fencing, including stock fencing.

14. Damage

You are responsible for your dog’s behaviour, including preventing:

-Digging

-Fence damage

-Escape attempts

Any damage must be reported immediately on the number 07377841910.

15. CCTV Monitoring

-CCTV is in place to ensure safe and appropriate use of the paddock and compliance with these terms.

16. Cancellations

-Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
